2. Hosting and server log files

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the requested address, and browser type and operating system. This serves to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools, and does not load external fonts or scripts from third parties.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (e-mail address, name, content of the message) to handle your request, for example for trial access. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. TokenCut trial access

During trial access, the TokenCut gateway processes the requests sent to it in order to condense them and forward them to the model. Only token counts, checksums and timestamps are stored, plus a truncated device hint for the one-time redemption of the invitation code – never the content of the requests.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21).
